ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE ASSESSMENT
We hope our customers never need to use our accidental damage assessment but we are here to help just in case something happens that causes damage to your bike. We offer an accident damage assessment quote (crash assessment) for £50, this is refundable against any work carried out. If another vehicle is involved, and the accident was not your fault, we will do the assessment to the bike using our CAMS assessment service. CAMS use Summertown Cycles as their Oxford assessment and repair centre. We prefer to use CAMS for any accident assessment when another vehicle is involved, and the accident is not your fault, and we highly recommend CAMS, as they always deliver the best outcome for our customers.
If CAMS do not take on a case for whatever reason, for example the third party has not been identified, we can still use our in house assessment service.
